The Local Dock
The business needing a same-region move — a transfer, a container run, or a local drop on schedule.
KTY runs its freight business the way a lane runs a load — every shipment manifested, every move checked, every delivery on the ticket.
KTY TRUCKING, LLC is an Ohio limited liability company headquartered at 175 South 3rd Street, Suite 1010, in downtown Columbus — the crossroads of I-70 and I-71 where Midwest freight moves.
The carrier runs four lanes on one board: local freight — same-region moves and transfers; long-distance truckload — dedicated trailer, door to door; long-distance LTL — consolidated partial loads; and contract and specialty — bulk mail, container, and dedicated routes.
Freight is a manifest trade. A load has a bill. A lane has a rate. A delivery has a signature. The lanes stay distinct because the freight demands it — but every move answers to the same freight rules: manifested before move, checked before dock, lane-matched capacity.
Four different lanes, one operating standard — the rules written at the head of every manifest.
Every load carries its bill — shipper, consignee, weight, and count written on the BOL before wheels roll. Freight without a manifest is freight that goes missing.
Loads verified at pickup and delivery — count, condition, and seal noted on the ticket at both ends. A check skipped is a claim earned.
Freight runs the lane it fits — local on local, TL on full, LTL consolidated. A mismatch costs the shipper and the lane.
The carrier declares what the lane holds — a load the fleet can't move isn't booked as if it will, and a rate that can't hold isn't quoted.

The shipper with a full trailer or a partial — TL door-to-door or LTL consolidated on the long-distance lane.
The account on a dedicated route — bulk mail or container runs contracted on schedule, not per-call.
"Four lanes, one manifest. The shipper shouldn't have to ask where the freight is — the ticket should already say it."
